As the global community’s demand for energy continues to expand, China’senergy structure adjustment is imperative. Therefore, the field of nuclear powerprojects is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. However, theincrease in the number of projects and organizational expansion of the scale bring ahuge challenge to the management capabilities of the enterprise. With the increasinglycomplexity of the internal and external interface, and the adaptive change oforganizational structure, gave the impact of the original efficiency of enterprisemanagement. The channels of communication corporate members already familiarwith become complex and inefficient.These changes are mainly due to the transition of the enterprise architecture fromthe original simple functional type to a more complex matrix. An effective way tosolve this problem is to use already developed collaborative theory to improve theoperational efficiency of enterprises through the collaborative of the organizations andmechanisms.In this paper, through the research on the collaborative theory and the theory ofproject organizational structure, combined with enterprise project managementpractices, based on the analysis of feasibility and necessity of collaborative theoryapplied on business management, combined research project-driven organizations,collaborative management mechanism, combined with the nuclear powerproject-driven organization is the actual conduct of the organization collaborativemechanism for collaborative analysis and design, and deepen the project managementoffice functions and positioning on the basis of the nuclear power project-drivenorganization, starting from the role of project management office in the nuclear powerprojects in the collaborative management, through the analysis of nuclear powermatrix management structure of project-driven organizations in business managementand project to promote the process, initial ideas to solve problems.In this paper, the theoretical analysis to propose ideas, analysis and ideas inpractice, and project management office in the overall project planning, projectcommunication channels within the enterprise optimization, task management andallocation of resources to coordinate the four aspects of practice conscientiously sumup, to form a paper case, proposed validate the project management office is a very important role in the collaborative project management of the same time, also foundthe lack of ability in the optimization of collaborative management by the projectmanagement office, and proposed a future direction to be a better performance.
