The development of China’s boiler industry is imbalance in recent years, huge productioncapacity does not match the demand of the market. Boilers are oversupplied, price competitionis quite severe.This article, based on the actual situation of the Tangshan Xinde company’s sales market,through analysis of the environment that the company is facing and the major competitors, studyon the solution of service and sale of boiler industry. The proposed specific programs can meetthe differentiated service that the users need. This enterprise has shifted from manufacturing tocustomer service center. Value-added services have become profit growth points for theenterprises, and has promoted the technical progress and product upgrading, make the companyhave advantages in the market competition. After summing up and perfecting the program, thisarticle provide a reference for the other sales areas of Xinde company.This article has six chapters: the first chapter is preface, introduces the research backgroundand significance of this whole paper; Xinde company’s product development process,organizational structure and qualification certificates, relevant literature research, the researchideas and methods; Chapter II: Xinde company’s external marketing environment in Tangshanarea; the boiler industry’s policy environment, the industry constitution of Tangshan City, facingthe development of this industry; Chapter III: internal environment analysis of Xinde company,analysis of market conditions of Xinde company, production and its fund; Chapter IV: boilers’market analysis of Tangshan city, analysis of boiler market demand of Tangshan City, customerdemand and boiler market competitors analysis; Chapter V: The Tangshan market servicesprogram, set a target of service program, design a specific progress; Chapter VI: the safeguardmeasure that ensure the implementation of Xinde company’s service program, from stafforganizations to service control, etc.
