Although emotional intelligence is a relatively new research subject in theaction research,it develops very quickly. Since the1990s, it was quickly applied toenterprise human resources management and organization of the development inthe United States. In this study, lower‐level managers emotional intelligence andmanagement effectiveness as a research topic.
