Tangshan Caofeidian22M Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engagedin housing construction and contracting. Its core competitiveness is slightly differentfrom ordinary production-oriented enterprises, because of the long-term, one-time,particularity, temporary, complexity and systemic characteristics of ConstructionCorporation. It needs to highlight growth and promotion of the architecturalengineering enterprise’s core competitiveness when summing up core competitiveness,researching the development mode, planning strategic objectives, formulating theadjusted focus and its implementation. This paper analyzed the core competitivenessof Tangshan Caofeidian22M Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., planned the strategicprogramming for enhance the core competitiveness, summed up the strategic planningand implementation. And it has theoretical and practical significance for thecultivation and promotion of the company’s core competitiveness.Firstly, it analyzed the characteristics of the core competitiveness of constructionengineering enterprises. And it proposed to highlight the projection management, asthe basis of safety, according with the characteristics of long-term, disposable,particularity and stage stability for construction. It built a core competitive analysismodel, which similar to Porter Diamond Model, reflecting the characteristics of theconstruction and building industry.Secondly, it analyzed the core competitiveness of Tangshan Caofeidian22MEngineering Technology Co., Ltd. It introduced the general status, major economicindicators and organizational structure of the company. And then, it analyzed theconstruction work environment of domestic, international, and in particular, theCaofeidian area. It also analyzed the development advantages, main competitivenessand problems of company’s competitiveness.And then, it proposed the strategic planning to enhance the company’s corecompetitiveness. We refined company’s core competitiveness as “The structuraltransformation and engineering project meticulous management concerning the upgrading of core technology”. To consolidate and enhance the core competitiveness,it raised the company’s development strategy, planning objectives, priorities andimplementation plan.Finally, it proposed company’s strategic planning and implementation, including:adjusting business strategy to accelerate the transformation and upgrading,strengthening technological innovation and process control to improve projectperformance capabilities, promoting meticulous management, improving humanresource management, strengthening technical innovation and culture brandconstruction.
