China is a large agricultural country with more than700million farmers, but thesupply of public goods in rural areas has lagged far behind in the city, especially inrural infrastructure, for a long time facing the construction, maintenance and otherissues not in place. In recent years, the central government continues to increase the “Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production”expenditure，how to rationalallocation of funds and maximize improve the efficiency of financial supply of ruralpublic goods is significant. This paper uses normative research method, empiricalresearch method, comparative research methods and other methods to research ruralpublic goods in the efficiency of financial supply.Firstly, the article accounts the background, the purpose and the significance oftopic, and reviews of the domestic and international public goods in rural areas, andintroduce the basic ideas and research methods of this paper.
