With the world economic cooperation becomes more and more frequent; the salarymanagement is the hotel industry development of state-owned to the most important link.Jinjiang inns as Asia’s largest integrated Turisthotellet company has the certain representationand role of benchmark. At present, the hotel has the salary idea backward, income distributionunreasonable system, problems such as serious equalitarianism. If a scientific analysis anddesign of the hotel management system, it can also apply to other domestic and worldeconomy conform of the large hotel business. In this paper the some state-owned Jinjiang Innsemployee salary the system integration of the specific case, to analysis of hotel enterprisesthrough salary system management to improve enterprise management efficiency of the hotel.The purpose of this study is to reveal a state-owned hotel staff salary management problem,this paper puts forward a state-owned hotel employee compensation system optimizationstrategy and plan. The subject of theoretical significance is to hope for the future of otherresearch provides some theory reference.
