Research On Business Mode And Planning Of EV’s Charging Facilities

Since the dual pressures of energy and the environment, some countries are beginning to develop electric vehicle industry, to change the mode of traffic development, alleviate the energy crisis and promote sustainable economic development. But electric vehicles in the development process face many obstacles, particularly the lack of charging facilities. Due to the uncertainties of technology development, charging facilities industries face different paths of business mode, and thus have an impact on industrial planning.Based on the perspective of large-scale commercial development, this paper analyzed the issue of charging facility operation and development. First, the technology types and characteristics of electric vehicle and charging facilities were summed. Second, described development status of domestic and international charging facilities, summarized the advanced foreign experience and implications for China, and then analyzed the problems of China’s charging facilities. Third, built a system of charging facilities business mode, including charging and service network. Among then, studied the business mode of battery replacement and charging mode respectively and proposed service system which includes charging information platform, battery recycling network, emergency service and other services. Fourth, proposed charging facilities planning principles, ideas and processes, then built a charging mode choice model and a planning model, and verified the applicability of the model through a case. Finally, proposed protection mechanisms of charging facilities development, including industrial policy, technical standards and pilot testing, technological innovation and other policy recommendations.Through multi-angle of EV’s charging facilities operation and planning, this study has some theoretical and practical significances on promotion of charging facilities industries, forming commercial business model and making facilities planning.
