| Compensation system is not only the core problem in the human resources management and development, but also the important means for the talent among enterprises. Research confirms that compensation level and compensation structure are the most important and sensitive indexes that are influence employee’s satisfaction. The compensation structure as the part of compensation system is the important content of the compensation system reform. The compensation structure means different components of compensation, and the different components of mutual proportion, also including these constitute part of internal different elements constitute proportion. Therefore, from the perspectives, it relates to the fairness and whole functional realize of compensation. Recognizing its importance, how to optimize the internal concrete system is a top priority for the reform of compensation structure reform enterprises. Compensation structure, which should match with the overall enterprise system and be vital to the development of enterprises, has been the focus of theory and practice circles. In theoretical circles, there are some isolated the influence factors of compensation structure model analysis, the absence of the research of specific scientific mathematical method about compensation structure model. The paper analyses the common compensation structure in the enterprises meticulously, and discusses the post, performance, ability and market-oriented compensation structure, and thereby proposes its application in business. Above on the influence factors analysis about the decision of compensation structure model, through the Delphi Method by industry expert experiences, we attribute the decision-making factors of compensation structure as industry competition situation, labor factor, compensation function, business strategy, enterprise development stage, enterprise culture and enterprise organization structure. Then build the compensation structure decision-making model and carry on case study. It adopts fuzzy evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation to choose the compensation structure in certain a power enterprise.The main innovation point of this paper as follows:(1)summarize connotation, behavior orientation, advantages and disadvantages of compensation structure, and thereby proposing its application in business.(2) Through the Delphi method by industry expert experiences, we attribute the decision-making factors of compensation structure as industry competition situation, labor factor, compensation function, business strategy, enterprise development stage, enterprise culture and enterprise organization structure.(3)evaluate and analysis compensation structure decision-making model through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on widely collects the relevant information and typical case analysis about the domestic and foreign compensation structure, this paper accomplish the compensation structure theory and practice research through combining with the theory research and investigation, the qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative research and application research. |
