Slopping Land Conversion Program or Grain for Green Project (SLCP) is an importantdecision-making and implementation by the country from the sustainable development of thestrategic height of pursuit to reduce, prevent soil erosion and environmental objectives, and toguide poverty reduction, to get rich (increase farmers’ income) for the economic goalsof national giant ecological engineering.
