| Human resource is the first resource. As one of the main team of implementing human resources development, Trainers degree of professionalization, directly impacts on the effectiveness of human resource development. Therefore, trainers’ professionalization has been paid more attention to. Nowadays, the domestic trainers’ professionalization is not high, and there is no perfect system of education and training for trainers. So the question appears. How to promote the professionalization of trainers with effective ways is an important theoretical and practical significance of subject.This degree thesis uses qualitative research methodology, from the perspective of the theory of professional learning communities, focusing on how to promote trainers professionalization through participation in professional learning communities, trying to seek new paths for effectively promoting the professionalization of trainers. Narrative research method is used to study the three trainers’professional learning community; research texts are collected by interviewing the trainers. And observation documents are collected by the Participation in the professional learning community activities. Network texts are organized with the promise of research partners---trainers in the PLCs. After reading the research texts, I seek for analysis themes,"cutting the text", and then,"fabricating stories".This Degree thesis has five chapters:In Chapter one the research background, propose research questions and research significance are mainly discussed.In chapter two, the relevant research has been reviewed, and the research methodology and research process are explained.In chapter three, three stories of three trainers’professional learning communities are conducted, mainly from perspective of the culture of PLC, as well as the stories of main participants.The fourth chapter is based on multiple case analyses, focusing on the cultural characteristics of professional learning communities, and how the trainers were enrolled in the PLCs.Discoveries and prospects of study are introduced in the fifth chapter. Professional development through participation in professional learning communities, is the important path of professional development of trainers, and is of great significance to the growth of the trainers. In further study, women trainers in the PLCs should also be paid attention to, as well as the self-employed trainers. |
