Under the background of knowledge economy and lifelong learning, enterprises face a hot topic:How to enhance human capital value and competitive power of corporations by promoting staff training and continuous learning activities. As the core force of human resource development, trainers in corporations are bearing requirements and expectations undoubtedly. How to improve trainers’capacity and quality has become a hot topic that all corporations concern. Refletive learning is cruial course of free trainers’re-creation on training curriculum and themselves. Therefore, the sduty of reflective learning is of important meaning on the trainers’improvement of the capacity and quality.The purpose of this study is to understand reflective learning of trainers in corporations systematically. It takes the trainers in corporations who have more than ten years work experience as research collaborators. The systemic understanding on reflective learning is expected by observing trainers’training practice and learning about trainers’reflection feature, and which can provide an effective reflection pattern on reflection learning. Moreover, the study provides a few suggestions on improving trainers’reflection capability, promoting trainer’effective reflection and contributes to further case study. First, the research makes research means, research contents and research methods. second, the research makes theory base which is basec on the achievements from reflective learning home and abroad. Third, the research reveals the content, method and ways of trainers’reflective learning from interviews.Qualitative research is the main method that this paper tries to use in the research process. The study selected a successful trainer as study. The data was collected from interviews, field notes, observations and other related artifacts. The study explored reflection contents, ways and strategies,and then influencing factors of reflection,which may be useful for further researches on reflective learning of other different trainers.
