Under the background of low carbon economy, the government and the public called on the construction of low-carbon enterprise culture and advocating environmental protection concepts. Low-carbon enterprise culture helps cultivate the employees thinking of respect social and other people, and the willing to undertaking their social responsibility. It helps to improve organizational identification and the trust and cooperation inside the enterprise, which is the basis and source of firm-internal social capital.Many scholars discussed the theory of social capital based on different angles. The inner and outer social capital are important for the development of enterprise. Good social capital is benefit for knowledge acquisition and firm performance. Relatively speaking, the enterprise has more has more initiative of inner social capital than outer, and the former has a positive influence on the latter.A cultural within honesty, mutual trust and respect can promote the trust and cooperation between each other, also helps to accumulate social capital. Good firm-internal social capital provides high quality and high density of social networks, which is good for the construction of enterprise culture. As a representative of such healthy culture, its construction should be combined with firm-internal social capital, and form a virtuous cycle.First, this paper analysed the low-carbon enterprise culture, firm-internal social capital and the mutual relation between them based on the available literature. Then, set up the theoretical model of research. After that, I designed the evaluation index system of the low-carbon enterprise culture and the firm-internal social capital, and verified the model through the empirical study. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between the low-carbon enterprise culture and the corporate-internal social capital, and the low carbon material culture, spirit culture and behavior culture affect the linear regression equation. In the end, I given some advices about the construction of low-carbon enterprise culture.
