The corresponding marketing management rules of the direct power-purchase for large user’s has not been perfected yet, under this environment, this paper took the direct power-purchase for large user in Taishan power supply bureau as the object, and researched on marketing project management of the direct power-purchase for large user.In this paper, firstly, present situation at home and abroad, and the project management, marketing management, big users, big users power purchase and related theories were expounded. Secondly, the situation of large user about direct power-purchase in Taishan power supply bureau was introduced, the marketing management current situation and the difficulty of the project were analyzed, and the external opportunities, external threats, internal advantages, internal weaknesses of the marketing project management was analyzed by using SWOT analysis method, the analytical matrix was obtained. Thirdly, the management concept was discussed, the organization system of marketing project management of direct power-purchase for large user in Taishan power supply bureau was constructed, the start plan of the project was described in detail, and the implementation scheme was proposed from the aspects of direct power purchase electricity data analysis, business management, customer service management, and the evaluation system was built from evaluation purpose, evaluation method, evaluation index design, evaluation questionnaire design and application, and Implementation effect was evaluated. Finally, the security system about marketing project management of the direct power-purchase for large user in Taishan power supply bureau culture system was built from the aspect of marketing culture system, marketing personnel system and the service emergency treatment system.This research work in this paper provides ideas and countermeasures for the marketing project management of direct power-purchase for large user in Taishan power supply bureau, not only facilitates the healthy development of construction work about power-purchase pilot in Taishan power supply, but also provides a mirror and reference for other marketing project management of direct power-purchase for large user.
