Risk Assessment And Control In International Engineering Construction Project

Nowadays, international contracted projects are developing rapidly. There are more and more domestic enterprises shortlisted in the World Top255, therefore they cannot be ignored in the international engineering contracting marketplace. However, there exist lots of risks. The companies should lowest the risks in order to achieve profit maximization.In this paper, we mainly studied the risk evaluation methods for international engineering contracting enterprises and put forward the control strategy for the risks. Firstly,on the basis of having fully read academic trends at home and abroad, we find out the venture management defects in our country. Secondly, we analyzed systematically the possible risks that international project contractors might face with, and then classified them according to the interior and interior. Thirdly, we summed up eight risk evaluation methods, compared their merits and drawbacks, and introduced the analytic hierarchy process in detail to lay the groundwork for the postamble. Fourthly, a specific project was anglicized concretely by AHP, then we quantize its risks, rank them, and advanced the solutions. Lastly, control strategy for the risks were brought forward to supply lessons to the decision makers.
