| The electricity supply sector is the basic industry of national economy, is related to people’s livelihood, involving the pillar industries for national security and social stability. For the county supply company, to strengthen the executive force is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the objectives of the enterprise development strategy and the various safety, production, operations, services into practice. Moreover, to strengthen the executive force is also the fundamental guarantee for implementing superior decision-making, timely and effective problem-solving, and mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees.After Shandong Electric Power Corporation (SEPC) takeover the assets of county electric power supply company, it is imperative to consolidate the execution electric power of county company. To promote the earlier integration of the county company with the provincial and municipal companies, since March2011, SEPC help the county company to carry out the construction of the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) business process reengineering in two batches. The provincial company takes ERP projects as the breakthrough of strengthening the management of human and financial resources, it also takes the ERP projects as a strategic leap development of informatization. ERP projects can fulfill centralized operation and effective management of overall resources, it can guarantee the production and operational information is fully shared and real-time to reflect. Thus, it can fulfill1the production collaboration, lean business operation and management decision support, and make better the allocation of resources, make stronger the internal control, make the management more efficient, make the overall effectiveness more higher.This paper studies the problem of promoting the construction process to carry out BPR(business process reengineering). First, we presents the theoretic basis of execution power, BPR, and ERP. Then we employs the methods such as process analysis in project management and Gantt chart to analyze the issues, which focus on using ERP system to carry out organizational structuring and staffing and waste materials management. Last, we conclude that ERP construction is the only way to improve business execution for RC Power Company.Moreover, we expect that the paper can provide some useful suggestions for the running ERP construction of county electric power supply company. |
