In the real supply chain network, a good many factors exert some kind ofuncertainty which always presents as fuzziness. For the sake of dealing with thissituation, we investigate a competitive supply chain network equilibrium model whichcomprises noncooperative manufactures and retailers with fuzzy market demand attheir outlets in this paper. We establish the expected profit of retailers by thecredibility measure of fuzzy event. Empolying the theory of finite-dimensionalvariational, we model the competitive behavior of the manufactures and retailers andthe equilibrium conditions of market with fuzzy demand. Then, we derive the supplychain network equilibrium model associated with the various decision makers basedon variational inequalities. Also, we discuss the existence and uniqueness of thesupply chain network equilibrium in detail. The main content of this paper includesfollowing sereral aspects:1) We constructe a supply chain network equilibrium model with single productunder fuzzy demand. We mainly focus on supply chain network with homogenousproduct. At the end of this chapter, numerical examples are given to illusrate theeffect of fuzzy demand on the equilibrium state via the projection method.2) We develop a supply chain network equilibrium model with fuzzy demand inconsideration of capacity constrains. In this chapter, we extend the model based onthe former one to the one with capacity constrains. The impact of capacity constrainson the equilibrium results is discussed in numerical illustrations by using theLogarithmic-quadratic proximal prediction-correction (LQP P-C) method.3) We presented a multi-product flow supply chain network equilibrium modelwith fuzzy demand. In this chapter, multi-differentiated products which have differentqualities and brands are focused on. We use Multinomial logit model (MNL) toanalyze consumer’s stochastic choice of multi-differentiated products. Finally, numerical exaples are used to show the impact of fuzzy demand on equilibriumresults.
