With the increasing demand of spectrum and the inefficiency of traditional fixedspectrum allocation policies, the scarcity of radio spectrum has become a seriousproblem in recent years. Cognitive Radio (CR) has been proposed to address the issue. The Cognitive Radio Network (CRN) can coexist with the Primary Network (PN) onthe same spectral resource using CR technology, thus it can improve the spectrumutilization. To improve the coexisted performance of the CRN and PN, the CooperationSpectrum Leasing (CSL) based on CRN is a research hotspot recently. In single userCSL scenario, we use the PSO algorithm to adjust the power of the Primary use (PU) toimprove the energy efficiency of PN in this paper. This cooperative spectrum leasingproblem is formulated as a Stackelberg game. The results show that this method iseffective and feasible in improving the energy efficiency of PN compared to using theconstant power of PU. In order to make both PUs and SUs have the capacity for choiceand breakthrough one of them passive acceptation, we model two-way selection inBi-Directional communication in the multi-user scenarios. To the end, we useStackelberg game to achieve the best match. The results show that this method canmake the utility function of PN and CRN obtain the best at the same time.
