With the rapid development of mobile communication, the number of users is growing rapidly and people is higher and higher demand for high quality video and images. The frequency resource is becoming increasingly tense today. At the same time, the continuous improvement of network speed also causes more and more consumption, which leads to environmental pollution but also increases the operation expenditure for the telecom operators. Therefore, Green radio(GR), which emphasizes on energy efficiency(EE) besides spectral efficiency(SE), has thereby been proposed as an effective solution. Facing the problem that how to effectively use the limited spectral resources and reduce network energy consumption, this paper will carry out the research from the two aspects--energy efficient dynamic network topology control and optimal resource allocation in the cell.In the study of efficient dynamic network topology control, this paper mainly concentrated in the search for efficient base station Cooperation method in HetNet, making the edge users to obtain larger transmission rate with smaller energy consumption. This paper analyzes the uplink CoMP influence on the transmission performance of cell edge users in HetNet, designing the dynamic multi-cell selection algorithm based on uplink CoMP, and proves that using CoMP mechanism can effectively improve the uplink data transmission performance of cell edge users. On this basis, in order to reduce the complexity of the community cooperation and the system resource consumption, we further put forward the double judgment based CoMP cell selection algorithm. The algorithm will be part of the base station from CoMP cell concentration according to the second sentence, to reduce the number of base stations This algorithm can achieve the effect that using the little sacrifice of the cell edge users transmission performance, to obtain larger base station energy saving. For the research of the optimal resource allocation in the cell, we know that in the mobile communication network, EE and SE are two performance indexes witch are often at a competitive relationship and they cannot achieve optimal at the same time. It means only regarding energy efficiency as the optimization goal, will often cause spectral efficiency cannot be guaranteed. On the other hand, regarding spectral efficiency as the optimization goal is likely to be at the cost of energy efficiency. Therefore, the system’s SE and EE can be considered as two virtual game players, and we can adopt the method of game theory to analyze the optimal compromise of the two. This paper analyzes the feasibility that spectral efficiency and energy efficiency adopt the bargaining game model for virtual game, and put forward the compromise configuration of EE and SE. Then this paper has carried on the detailed analysis and deduction for the solving of the optimization problem. The existence of game equilibrium optimization problem is proved. And the search scheme of game equilibrium solutions that sequential quadratic programming combined with gold search algorithm is designed. At last, the performance of the system is analyzed in a single cell and multicell scene. The simulation results show that, after adopting the bargaining game model to make the channel allocation and power allocation optimization configuration, the system achieves the combined optimization for energy efficiency and spectral efficiency.
