With the demanding of today’s society about accessing information technologybecome more and more strict, especially in image acquisition technology, so peoplepursue greater spatial image information acquisition technology all the time. Fisheyetechnology development can be traced back to the early20th century, and afterentering the period of continuous development. Fisheye amount of its powerfuladvantages of access to information will be fully utilized from the date of its birth. Butthe problem has cropped up due to the fish-eye camera using “non-similar” imagingprinciple, along with a larger field of view of the shooting range, access to imageinformation in terms of geometric similarity will produce considerable distortion.The paper on the basis of researching fish-eye camera “non-similar” imagingprinciple, analyse the reasons about fish-eye camera image distortion adequately.Based on the characteristics and theoretical fisheye existing fisheye distortioncorrection model analysis, image distortion correction model developed for the designof subsequent image distortion correcting foundation. Distorted Image Rectificationthesis is based on the study of the classical algorithm fisheye camera image distortioncorrection algorithm analysis, the detection of the camera corner, distortion calibrationalgorithm parameters were studied. And test models and corresponding correctivedistortion correction algorithm design effect. The results showed that: the design hassome practical value, designed to achieve the desired effect.
