Medical ultrasound image, due to the other operational aspects of the equipment, etc., its inevitably getting the presence of ultrasound image speckle noise, and it also has a lower resolution ratio, so bringing many difficulties to the ultrasound image processing and it is more difficult for observing the continuous ultrasound image movement information changing or lesion from structure and tissue in human body, but these the mentioned above playing a very important role in medical testing, treatment, or prevention of disease.To ultrasound image local phase information, it is invariant to the variation of ultrasound image brightness, contrast and noise for its uniqueness, so we claim that as the research topic and do a study on the local phase information of the real-time ultrasound image signals, analyze local information transformation, and also lay the foundation for the ultrasound image registration in the later work.Traditionally, we get every mono frequency of medical image local phase information mostly after through bi-dimensional empirical mode decomposition, and then do Hilbert transform to each image to obtain local phase information of the image, Since the Hilbert transform is a real-time envelope made up by the results of the convolution of the original signal and convolution factor and with the original structure, but by its nature, it is a one-dimensional analytic signal, the obtained local phase information is linear, but in the actual clinical practice, it is un-conducive to real-time observation of dynamic change in human tissue structure. This paper, based on the predecessors, constructing a two-dimensional structure for solving local phase space, aimed at improving the one-dimensional characteristic of Hilbert, to solve the two-dimensional based space, to build a two-dimensional analytic signal instead of a one-dimensional Hilbert transform, by extracting the continuous frames inside the video and processing in the two-dimensional based space to real-time observation the phase information, amplitude information, energy information of every frame, which with a strong sense of visual effects and medicine significance, if on the basis of BEMD, we can observe the different frequency bands of local phase information in real time transformation.We using computer platform and Matlab data processing software to process continuous blood flow ultrasound video, without doubt, we get a better processing result, thus proving the usefulness of the algorithm.
