In this paper, some representative sea wave spectrums models have beenintroduced and analyzed.The two-dimensions rough liner sea seaface in different windspeeds and wind regions were simulationed in two methods,the Monte Caro method andthe linear superposition method. Then, with the nonliner transform method,the nonlinersea seaface were obtained on the base of liner sea seaface.With the development ofgraphics technology and acceleration technology that based on GPU, Virtual realitybecome more and more popular. Therefore, two computer graphic libraryfunctions-OSG and ProLand were introdeced to given the example of simulations of seawhich are often used in film digital effects.A lot of common approaches to investigate the electromagnetic scattering of therough surface are introduced,the slant of the non-gauss surface waves is taken intoaccount for further study on the modify two-scale method. In the new modified model,the effects of the shadow function, the slope and the curvature of the surface on thescattering are also considered. On the surface of sea, whitecaps will appear as the windspeeds grow up. Because the whitecpas on the sea surface will have an influnce onresult of calculation results, this paper use the Mie method and the VRT method toanalysis the influence of the whitecaps and.modify the two-scale method.With the development of synthetic apeture radar (SAR), the results of traditionalstatistical model can’t meet the demand of pritical application anymore. In order toobtain the synthetic apeture radar (SAR) image, the scattering contribution of each littlefacet are needed. Based on the facetized treatment of the scattering contribution,semi-deterministic facet scattering model is used to obtain the contribution of eachfacet.As metioned above, whitecaps will have an influnence on the results, Mie methodand VRT method are also taken into account to modify the facet model theory. Usingthe Depth-Buffer Method, each little facet can be quickly determined whether it isvisiable or invisiable.The target such as plane is always super large electrical size at high frequency ofincident waves, choosing appropriate method is critical. Simple conductor target iscalculated with the Modified Equivalent Current Approximation method in this paper,and the results turned out well with contrasted to the results of method of moment.Using the Depth-Buffer Method can remarkable reduce the time which we always spend a lot in judging a patch of target is visible or invisible, and the Depth-Buffer Method onthe plantform of OpenGL can make the calculation of electromagnetic scattering of therough surface quickly and efficiently.
