With the improvement of the people’s economic conditions and quality of life, the taxi as an important part of urban transport for the people to travel and office, offers great convenience. However, the taxi industry has been taken to "running on the road to find the passengers" which is an extensive mode of operation, are not suitable for the development of modern transportation, the high rate of taxi unloaded state and road resources occupancy are highlight, the phenomenon of refusing to take passengers and other issues occurred, and resulting traffic congestion, environmental pollution, waste of resources and other serious social problems.Currently, the city taxi dispatch centers, companies and organizations dispatch taxis resource by phones, pagers, etc., which improved the resource allocation capabilities of taxis to a certain extent. In recent years, various types of software raised, that made a certain amount of trial and effort to solve the "taking taxi difficult". But the issues that how to coordinate the city taxi resources, balancing the relationship between taxi drivers and passengers has not been fundamentally resolved.Based on the analysis of taxi industry development present situation and the related research results, refer to the situation of local taxi operators and information technology, we use the taxi historical operational data, statistical taxi cab position, and then conduct of assessment and prediction of taxi-called points. Meanwhile, combining the urban road traffic information, taxi real-time regional distribution information, we propose a data fusion algorithm to guide the taxi to pick up passengers. When data computing, adaptive meshing algorithm is used to reduce the computational complexity and system resources, improve the resolution and accuracy of the overall platform. Meanwhile, this paper combines the Android operating system and mobile terminal characteristics, and developed the taxi guidance system, and shows the actual operating results of the platform.
