The main object of this article is how to update the program online of transformer’s anti-theft system and system’s remote monitoring. Nowadays, the third scientific and technological revolution is developing very quickly, and electricity plays a more and more important role in people’s daily life. As the power transmission station, transformer plays a quite important role in protecting people using electricity normally. Nowadays, because of the transformer’s characteristic, a lot of illegal persons attention are attracted by transformers, the transformers are being stolen in all parts of the country. It would bring great loss to people’s daily life and production if the transformer is stolen. Therefore, designing an anti-theft device for transformers will have an important significance for ensuring people’s normal life and production.In this paper, according to the system’s request, I made the system requirements document firstly, and then I divide the whole system requirements into some small function models. I analyze these function models’feasibility one by one. When finishing analyzing all models’feasibility, I design the whole scheme of realizing the system request which include the hardware part and software part.According to the system request analysis about child nodes, the child node’s hardware part is divided into six functional modules:micro-controller minimum system, sensor module, programming check module, wireless communication module, image acquisition module and power supply.The micro-controller minimum system is the core of the whole hardware structure. All functions can not be realized if there is not communication between the core module and the other modules. Sensor module’s job is to get the relevant information about transformer condition. The programming check module aims to whether the newly loaded program can work normally. The wireless communication module is used to realize the information interaction between host computer and this child node. Image acquisition module is used for capture some pictures. These pictures are used to help the processor to judge transformer environment. Power supply module is used to provide electricity for the whole system.Software designing include the micro-controller software and PC software. The micro-controller software need mainly to divide a child node into several software modules and realize them. These software modules include remote upgrading programming design, designing boot code, matters of high or low address code needing to care, erasing memory design, image acquisition module design, image compression program design and data transmission design. The PC software mainly refers to the design of central monitoring software. The central control software mainly includes the following several parts:executable file transmission, image receiving and decompression, monitoring page’s webpage controls and order the special map through API function provided by the Internet.In this paper, transformer is the application’s background, according to the actual demand of field equipment, I make use of all kinds of sensors to collect data information and transfer it to PC software through the wireless communication mode. I design the scheme of remote update programming in order to solve the problem of field equipment program’s updating. Remote online update code can help to reduce the manpower and material consumption.
