Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), as a Distributed Network, base on lots of sensor nodes. Sensor nodes collaborate to monitor, sense and gather the information of the monitored objects, and send the information to the sink node in the network way of self-organizing and multiple-hop. After data processing, the sink node with strong data processing and transmission capacity send the data monitored by the network to the user through the Internet. So, WSN realize the union of the physical world, computer world and human society. As the effective bridge of nature world and the computer world, WSN with widely application value and market prospect, can be used in national defense and military, environmental monitoring, target tracking, pipeline monitoring, and other fields. Usually, WSN is deployed in the poor environment where are hard to reach, people choose the battery as the disposable power for the sensor nodes, so, the key problem in WSN is to reduce the energy consumption of the node and the network to prolong the network life. Present research focus on establishing good scalable network topology control mechanism and designing of energy efficient data processing and packet routing protocol combined with data aggregation technology.Network topology control, is an important means of energy conservation. To reach the goal of energy efficiency, it combined with the power control, sleep schedule and routing mechanism, under the precondition of satisfy guarantee coverage and connectivity, reduces communication interference and energy consumption of the nodes to prolong the network lifetime. It i provide a topology base for routing protocol and data aggregation. Network topology control plays an important role in the wireless self-organized network.Routing protocol resolves the problem that to find the optimization path of data forwarding between the source node and destination node and to transmit data in this path. How to design an energy-efficient according to part of the network topology information to prolong the network lifetime is an important problem in WSN. Data aggregation is such a kind of technique that sensor nodes eliminate the redundancy of the data sensed or received from other node, combine them into one packet and then forward it to the next hop. It can reduce the number of the transferred packets. Clustering routing protocol which base on the hierarchy topology, combined with the sleeping schedule and data aggregation technology, can reduce data transmission in the network, improve the accuracy of the monitoring data and prolong the network lifetime effectively. In traditional clustering hierarchy, cluster partition is not reasonable and it lacks processing schedule when cluster node dead, to solve this problem, Center-Control Clustering Protocol is put forward. It bases on hierarchy topology, network cluster according to the density of the nodes in order to make the node number of cluster be similar. The election of cluster head is controlled by the sink node according to the cluster energy consumption when the node considered as the cluster head and the sum of the squares of the distance between the node and the nodes that has been elected as the cluster head in the cluster. The sensor nodes uses the power control and sleep schedule, the routing path between the cluster heads is based on the minimum energy, choose the cluster head as the data aggregation nodes and establish the data aggregation tree to process and transmit the data. The simulation results displays that the CCCH balance the energy consumption in cluster effectively, reduce the amount of data transmission, reduce the network energy consumption and prolong the network lifetime effectively.
