The Production Management System Optimization Of The Shanxi Power Company

With the practical level improving of production management system of Shanxipower company, the online and concurrent is growing. How to meet the demand ofhigh load without increasing hardware resources,which is the key of this thesis. Thecontact include: database optimization,middleware optimization and applicationsystem structure optimization. Database mainly optimized the SQL of large resourceconsumption;Middleware optimization aim to reduce resources occupation throughadjusting parameter; Application system structure optimizationchanges thedeployment of the original Weblogic cluster management mode. Through the use ofabove related technologies, the performance is increasing.Safety production management is the basis of Shanxi Electric Power benefit anddevelopment, information construction of QMS is the main component of Shanxipower information construction, and the rapid development of Shanxi power grid hasraised strategic and urgent requirement to information construction of PMS.With therapid development of information technology, and in order to realize theinformatization of safety production management of Shanxi power company, ShanxiElectric Power company has completely started the construction of safety QMS. TillJanuary of2011, the main function of the system has been finished and put intoapplication completely. According to the unified deployment of SGCC dated May of2011, Shanxi Company started the improvement of PMS and deep application, whichmainly focused on data management and extension system application of rural powergrid to realize integrated management of the whole company’ s productioninformation. Till May31,2011, the registered users have reached to9316, and dailyaverage login numbers have reached to5460, and the maximum simultaneously online numbers have reached to1619. With the continuous deepening of systempractical level, the increasing of online number and simultaneous demand, PMSsystem has meet the problems of operation slowness and user operation waiting toolong etc., meanwhile, operation monitoring staff reflect that health operation index atIMS system break off and CPU utilization of database server reaches to100%.With the system application demand and existence of above abnormal situations,optimization of this system is very necessary in order to improve the system responsespeed, promise the safety operation and meet users’ application needs. However, thehardware of one system is limited, and it is not allowed to add and improve hardwareenvironment without any limit.So, how to optimize the performance and satisfy the requirement without anyaddition of hardware sources, which is the main research topic of this article. Thisarticle gives a brief introduction to the current application condition of PMS system,deployment pattern, System function frame, main business flow and main data flow,and it gives a detail description to relevant oracle database and relevant technology ofoptimization of Weblogic middleware. System optimization ideas and process areproceeded separately from three aspects: optimization of database, optimization ofmiddleware, and optimization of application system Deployment.Database mainlyoptimizes the SQL of large resource consumption; Middleware optimization aim toreduce resources occupation through adjusting parameter; Application systemstructure optimization changes the deployment of the original Weblogic clustermanagement mode.
