With the intelligent mobile Internet has entered a new era, the original work only behandled by the computer platform now can be transferred to the intelligent terminal to becompleted. In the smart phone with the terminal operating system, currently the fastestgrowing and the most representative operating system is the Android platform which islaunched by Google. The Android platform is integrated into the general computing concepts,with the rapid increase in handheld devices, the Android platform offers the possibility forkind of hardware to run mobile intelligent application.At present, the urban population grows rapidly, the traffic problem has becomeincreasingly prominent, such as traffic congestion, traffic accidents, which led these problemsis the backward of city taxi resource schedule mechanism. Traffic administration hope tomore flexible and accurate dispatch and manage taxi resource, at the same time, passengersdesire to get high quality taxi services. Through the mobile Internet application software, wecan let taxi driver faster seek out the passengers need to service, this service not only savestime, reduces energy consumption, it is also a great significance to create a green city.At present, the top of the market share mobile phone system has already Android mobilephone operating system. The support of numerous company and firm and government basedon Android system mobile phone service, they develop the software has the very highpractical value one after another. Traffic management apartment also carried on the beneficialexploration and try based on Android mobile environment software service. This paper mainlydesign and implement taxi resource mobile sharing APP software based on Android, it is oneof the kernel module which is the whole traffic administration mobile traffic dispatchingmanagement system.The paper based on the Android platform, using the android SDK and JAVA Eclipse as adevelopment tool, and the remote database for information exchange, process the drivers andpassengers location information updated in real time. The corresponding program code ofmobile terminal and server is implemented in JAVA language and PHP, this taxi locationsharing software module is made of uploading, query, display update, it is the core part of the entire android platform-based taxi dispatch management system.Experiments and test run showed that developed in this paper the city taxi resourcemobile sharing APP software can be in stable operation based on mobile phone and mobiledevices of Android platform, provide flexible traffic service for users, basically met thepassengers and drivers of taxi resources in a mobile environment access to information work.Also enrich the types of mobile phone service for traffic management, has good prospects andsocial benefits. This work for other similar development work based on Android locationservice, with some reference to reference.This paper is organized as follows:Chapter1describes the research background, purpose and meaning, and the main workand the organizational structure of the paper.Chapter2describes the topics related technologies, namely, how to set up Androiddevelopment platform, based on how to create Android applications, as well as developingAndroid applications involved in the development tools. At the same time, it also describesthe Android location service and the relevant technology of Google map.Chapter3gives the subject the overall design and requirements analysis, including themain function of the system, the division of system modules and each module to achievespecific functions. Meanwhile, the form of relations in the database design, E-R graph,database and system processes are described in detail. And also describes detailed the Androidlocation service class database and Google map service class database.Chapter4discusses in detail the taxi resource sharing module based on Android mobileplatform design, architecture, implementation, and key code, description of the systemsimulation tests and operating results; at the same time, shows the main operation interface ofthe system.Chapter5summarizes the main work of this paper, the inadequacies of the system arediscussed. Through experimentation and trial operation, the information based on userfeedback, make the necessary refinements and adjustments to further improve system stabilityand ease of use and ready for the next step to promote the use of system.
