This thesis build a dynamic online survey system on web, which isusing Windows XP as operation system, MySql as database, Apache as server, and PHP as development language. The completed web-based online survey system is dynamic,interactive and with a variety of functions. Users can use this system released surveys,participate in surveys, statistical data and download data. Furthermore, there is anadministrator user, which can operate and manage the information of users, feedbacks, andsystem news, and ensure the stable operation of the system.
