In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, the pace of building trades are accelerating, fire safety industry and industrial development are also growing constantly. Office automation systems are becoming increasingly concerned by the people, which not only improve efficiency, but also provide a platform for the exchange and communication between people, which makes it more convenient to carry out management. Since the early office automation system is based on structured data processing center, file system or relational database system that allows the daily use of IT technology office have begun to improve the management of documents and other information. This stage implements the basic office data management, but the lacking of business process support communication generally and collaboration is most needed, documentation treatment comprehensively, cause the application ineffective.Government units and departments and administrative units exist multi-level structure relation, traditional procedures for the article program, from the administrative operations of the acceptance, review, written approval articles approval by the leadership, issued a document, service and other areas, complex process flow for a long time, resulting in office Inefficient and slow decision-making problems, which greatly limits the work among the staff interaction and communication, reducing the efficiency of enterprises. But it is very difficult to make changes between the department management and approval flow. The solution is to use advanced computer and network technology, it not only done text content electronically, but also do realize the whole process of electronic paper, Changing the traditional mode essentially. To this end, it is important to develop OA. OA should be a set that can deal with all the information collection and management of a department, which has different functions for different levels of users.In this thesis, I introduced the Design of Fire Audit Office Automation System which I participate in. I first review the state of chart of the fire audit office automation research. Then I described the key techniques of the total system and each sub modules.The key point of the thesis is the audit module based on improved convex evidence theory. We considered the audit problem as the ordered proposition, the convex evidence theory is suitable for this problem, but it has some disadvantages, so in this thesis, we improved the evidence theory and applied the novel one to the audit module.After testing, the system is a good fire office automation system, which brings the convenience to the staff of the majority of the fire department.
