Social Security Information Inquiry and Analysis System provides an online platform for information query and social security data analysis for the public. Nowadays people pay more attention on the livelihood issues. Publicity of the personal social security information becomes a key component of government affairs transparency. Thereby, online analysis of the social security information is an inevitable requirement of pubic.This paper designs an online information inquiry and analysis system based on the B/S structure. The system aims at the information query and analysis function of social security. This system provides an information query platform of health insurance payment and account, endowment insurance payment and account for personnel and other members of the public. It also provides the participant policy and information analysis function.Design of the system in this paper follows software development process requirements. Design of the system combines with the application of software development technology and the Internet technology. First we preceded the feasibility analysis and the demand analysis. After the analysis phase, the design stage of overall framework started. Then it follows the main function modules of the interface design and coding. Finally we implemented the correlation of information query system with the business system. It also solved the data source and real-time data updating problem.This system adopts the Internet browser as the query interface, which provides people with convenient, flexible way of information query. The authorized users can access system according to the personal name, id number and password. The three-level protection system ensures that the leakage of social security information to unauthorized visitors is almost impossible.With the popularity of the Internet technology and the continuous improvement of the social security policy, it is necessary to establish a unified social security information query and analysis system which covers the whole society. The system is not only conducive to the modern management of the social insurance, but also speed up implementation of the standard management of social security system. A public information query system makes the personal social insurance information publicity, including the health insurance and endowment insurance payment and treatment receiving record. The system improves the transparency of capital operation for social insurance fund supervision department. Furthermore, it helps the social security business to play a better role in safeguarding public interests and maintaining social stability.
