With the development of multimedia technology and digital information, people require more about the convenient and operational human-computer interaction. The traditional way of blackboard and chalk about transmitting information is reducing. Although the projector and multimedia equipment can make up for the shortcomings of the former, people are often bound by these devices. In order to solve these problems, the interactive electronic whiteboard appears. It’s a kind of green, strong interactivity and a new type of information transmission device. Especially, in the field of teaching, interactive electronic whiteboard can make the class more interesting and interactive. Multi-sensory learning ways can improve the student’s attention, thus the teaching efficiency and quality have a breakthrough progress.Interactive electronic whiteboard is widely used in the classroom, office, military and other fields. Combined with the projector and computer, drawing, tags, computer operation and the writing content saving on the whiteboard can be achieved. At present, the development of the hardware part of the interactive electronic whiteboard is mature. Relatively, the function of software part is simple and it can’t meet the needs of practical application. On the market, the price of interactive electronic whiteboard is high. The spread of interactive electronic whiteboard is bound.Through the analysis of the development situation and research status of the interactive electronic whiteboard domestic and overseas, this thesis designs the software of interactive electronic whiteboard which is based on ultrasonic wireless locating equipment. The system receives the position coordinates information through a serial port, then analyzes the information and simulates the mouse operation correspondingly. Through the analysis of requirements of the functional modules in the system, this thesis designs a simple software interface, using C#language to write the software programs. The thesis develops a serial port communication protocol to communicate with the machine, GDI+technique is adopted to realize the basic graphic drawing, and using double buffer technology to solve the problem of drawing interface flicker.With the development of network technology, the cooperative work which is supported by computer has a great progress. Interactive electronic whiteboard also can act as a graphics, images, text, audio communication tools to work. Thus the interactive electronic whiteboard can be widely used in some scene, such as remote teaching, video conference and office automation. Network drawing mode is added in the system, the TCP/IP protocol is used, and characteristic value of graphical method and serialization is used to transmit data. At the same time, this thesis combines multithreaded programming and the method of locking concurrency control technology, to realize the communication between the server and the client.
