With the advent of the information age, multimedia communication technologies in the global rapid changes have taken place, we also quality requirements are more stringent multimedia communication, how to be more reliable transmission of information and higher information transfer rates become a global concern the hot issue.High-quality video image transmission also increases the wireless transmission bandwidth, how to transfer high-quality video images allows us under limited bandwidth resources in the source and the channel must be optimized.Firstly, the source end we have to take a more excellent signal compression encoding formats, such as H.264video encoding format, and compared to the previous video compression standard, H.264video coding standard proposed many creative improvements, most notably the encoding algorithm is improved effectively enhance the performance of video encoding, and there is also a significant improvement on the network affinity. The advantage of this series makes the H.264video coding technology can be widely applied to many different scenarios. Second, in the end we have to select the channel more excellent transmission system, we used a full rate full diversity transmission system for wireless data transmission, allocate more resources to high priority data, It can be seen that combining the advantages of both the H.264video coding technology to wireless cooperative communication system can effectively improve the quality of multimedia communications technology. In this paper, the model for the H.264coding and wireless communication systems joint collaboration, in-depth analysis of select video encoding stream segmentation scheme and wireless cooperative communication network, and on this basis was proposed based on full-rate wireless cooperative relaying technique H.264transmission scheme. The main work is as follows:(1) Introduce H.264encoding technology to study the advantages and disadvantages of H.264encoding technology. For the shortcomings of the traditional H.264wireless transmission system is proposed based on the idea of unequal error protection, according to the priority will be divided H.264streams.(2) Introduces the related knowledge of collaborative communication technology and system models, to make a comparison against the advantages and disadvantages of the model; focuses on the full-rate wireless cooperative relay transmission scheme, combined with a linear complex pre-coding techniques and cyclic delay diversity, calculated optimal power allocation can significantly reduce the detection complexity of the system, improve the diversity gain of the system.(3) Advantages H.264stream segmentation and full-rate wireless cooperative relaying technology-based model would combine the two, is proposed based on H.264unequal error protection stream transmission scheme with wireless cooperative relaying technology, which analyzes H.264bit-stream structure, based on the H.264NAL unit, division of the stream to two parts according to the unequal importance, in the channel transmission process, assigned more relays for transmission the data of high importance, allocates a small amount of relays to the low importance data transmission, so that the signal transmission efficiency can be higher in the case of constant total power. Simulation results show that this paper’s research programs effectively reduce the detection complexity, making a better effect of image reconstruction.
