The Design And Implementation Of A Pet Store Online System

While internetworking which combines every corner of the world together greatly makes the world so small and so near, the Internet forges the mankind forward into the informatization society. Now, it is changing people’s mode of production, work, living and learning. During this age, emergence of e-commerce pushs the informatization onto a new climax. E-commerce which refers to the Internet, Intranet and Value Added Network in electronic trading on trading activities and related service activities, is the electronization and internetization of traditional commerce activities in all sectors. Since modern life is rife with tremendous work pressure, highly intense study, people are constantly looking for various ways to resolve their pressure. Nowadays more and more people choose raising a pet. However, an online pet store purely composed by e-commerce and pet store is not popular. Given its great significance, this dissertation conveys from the developing perspective of an online pet store’s specific development process.This System employs B/S structure using the J2EE framework to implement an online pet store system. Specific modules include user management module, pet information management module, pet category information management module and order management module, as well as shopping cart module. As database hires SQLServer2008, development IDE is MyEclipse10.This dissertation firstly describes the realization of such an online pet store system’s background and significance. Based on the current international and domestic research situation, it delineates the research content. Then it introduces several key technical points needed by this system; Thirdly it makes the overall design of the system. Details of the LLD and requirements analysis and the overall design for user information management module, pet information management module, pet category information management module, order management module are delivered. Later, by test plans, test cases and test results, this dissertation presents the system’s test steps, test cases, test results analysis, showing the basic flow of software project development. Finally, a summary and outlook is given.
