In this thesis, we studied and implemented materials management system based on B/S pattern. The development process of the system is in accordance with the actual needs of a construction company. The main purpose of the system development company is in order to make the materials management scientific, standardization, at the same time, it could improve the company’s efficiency.The system draws on the development of the actual situation and the work experience of employees of construction companies and design materials management, to manage systems development theory guiding ideology of the system. System is platform to build MVC framework, the establishment of a set of procurement/supply management as the center, to reduce the costs and improve the efficiency of materials management company’s main line of materials management system.This system was developed by B/S mode system, took main advantage of JSP technology and systems development. In the system design process also joined the MVC Struts framework. What Struts framework used not only allows the system to separate view, model and controller, and the system has good scalability. And, the use of Struts technology helped the company’s human resource management some extent, greatly reduced the burden of human resources management system.The system consists of budget management, purchasing management, sales management, process management, inventory management, the amount of inquiries and business audit seven modules. Achieve a lower corporate costs, information sharing and height of building materials resource conservation effect, largely accelerate the pace of construction company information.
