Fluorescence imaging technology belongs to optical molecularimaging which is labeledby fluorescent reportergroup.It is used to observe the growth of tumorcells in the body andthe process of otherinfectious diseases.This paperstudies the visible and near-infrared imagefusion by the fluorescence imaging system,subjects are mice injected anesthetic,and theanesthetic contains a fluorescent markerICG.Visible images only observe surface features ofbody cavity,near-infrared images can observe marked area in mice,fusion images need tocomplete the synthesis of original image,and show more comprehensive amount ofinformation carried by the target.In order to achieve the purpose of fusion,and the area isobserved clearly,the main work includes:Firstly, some research is done on the weighted average,PCA transform, wavelet transformalgorithm of pixel-level image fusion.Wavelet transform fusion algorithm is discussed in thispaper,some algorithms about low-frequency and high-frequency component of the waveletdecomposition are introduced and simulated.The pros and cons of different approaches areanalyzed through the simulation results of subjective and objective evaluation.From thesubjective and objective evaluation,the results of wavelet transform fusion algorithm is thebest.Objective evaluation factor mainly include information entropy, average gradient, crossentropy, deviationand mutual information.Secondly,a method formapping colorbased on region segmentation is discussed forthisgeneric problem of marked area in the fused image.In segmentation process,three kinds ofsegmentation methods have been studied and emulated,which gray threshold methodcombined with optimal threshold segmentation iterative works bestthrough the observation of the resulting image marked area and the running time of comparison,color enhancementprocessing of the area in the visible image is achieved.Finally,color processing method based on image fusion is discussed about the problemthat the color characteristic obtained by the above method is not smooth,which need toachieve a pseudo-color infrared original image enhancement processing, and that completesfusion processing with visible light image.The frequency filtering method is mainly discussedand simulated in pseudo colorprocessing,whichhas been an ideal fusionof images.
