With the using of the three-dimensional image, more and more applications appear in ourfield of vision in the form of three-dimensional images progressively, then we can perceivethe diversity of the real world better. The computational photography is a new subject inrecent years, and the light field camera opens up new areas of research3D imaging by itsstrengths in imaging. In this paper, we use the light-field camera captures a scene. Because ofthe capable of recording and capturing multi-dimensional scene in the imaging process, thelight field camera replace the traditional camera in the field of depth extraction application,which can perceive the depth of field effectively.This paper researches the key technologies of the light field imaging system, and alsostudies the light-field theory systematically, then describes the important applications of thelight field in the three-dimensional digital imaging under the define of the light field and thelight field rendering theory. In addition, the paper also gives light field acquisition andfour-dimensional parametric representation of the light field, which show us that the lightfield camera is much better than traditional camera in three-dimensional digital imaging.This paper uses a light field energy function, and explains the innate character of lightfield and the influencing factor in the lighting devices based on the perspective of physics,photometric and geometric optics. Secondly, the paper derives imaging expression of the lightfield imaging system, and verifies the digital refocusing techniques of light field camerathrough the study of ideal image, projection transformation, the radiation of the imagingoptical system and light field energy function. On the basis of the above analysis, weintroduce the focal stack transform, propose the super-resolution discrete focal stack transform algorithm, finally through experiments we can receive the better result aboutsuper-resolution refocusing image, all-in-focus image and depth map.By studying the focal stack of light field camera, this paper design and implement amethod, which can reconstruct the three-dimensional model simply and recover informationof the captured scene based on the focal stack of light field camera. Experimental results showthat we can obtain the depth map of the scene better, and also can get the three-dimensionalmodel image using this method.
