Internet life has become part of people’s daily lives. Web2.0era enhancednetwork interactions, and provided further convenience to people’s lives. Onlineshopping become an important consumption. After people shopping online, theywilling to leave relevant as evaluating the overall shopping experience. The potentialconsumers hope to understand the product information as much as possible fromproduct reviews, businesses can also develop their own marketing strategies based onproduct reviews and improve their products through product reviews. Comments ofproduct feature and emotions in words is the most valuable resource, reflecting theviews and concerns of commentators. So how to dig out valuable information fromthese data,and service users, has become an important task of this study.In this paper, important research work includes the following aspects: First,combing the theoretical knowledge about the network involved in the review opinionmining, important concepts, technical difficulties such as the research workinstructions and support; Second, for the need of network view commentsmining,constructed an appliances domain ontology and emotional ontology;Third,completed the review opinion mining model; Fourth,discussed the visualizationof the final outcome of the network opinion mining.
