Design And Implementation Of A Teachers Fengtai Business Information Management System

·A successful Management Information System for Teacher’s Business is able to free managers from the tedious daily work, as well as improve the work efficiency. It can help to provide the full range of records and statistical data for business development, which will generates a timely, reliable and effective management method for school decision makers to realize the modernization, scientization and standardization of school management.The archives management of teacher’s business in author’s school still remains in combination with simple computer management and the traditional manual management, which is not adequate and low efficiency. Therefore, this article aims to design and develop a management system according to the actual business needs of school and record teachers’ development information. The purpose of the new management system is to improve the efficiency of information management, provides a rapid and comprehensive information retrieval for teachers, brings convenience to school management and finally offers analytic data for decision makers.This paper designs and implements the management system based on the reality of the First Middle School of FengTai District. The system includes seven function modules, general information module, performance module, education&teaching module, awards&honors module, professional research module, further education module and system management module. What’s more, to make it more practical, different operation interfaces are designed to meet different access right’s demand. This paper introduces the system from the following aspects in detail:requirement analysis, system design, system development and system release.
