In the bridge construction and daily process of the operation, the technology of deformation detection provides an important basis to determine whether the bridge has sufficient health and safety factor. Although the techniques and methods of testing the current bridge safety has improved significantly with the development of science and technology, the existing detection program can not meet its needs for high security requirements with the increasingly large bridge projects, while affected by geographical conditions, the detection process also seemed extremely inconvenient. This article can real-time monitoring from the perspective of the bridge is absolutely safe with the main index, combined with existing testing methods and communication technology, to build a network-based highly real-time monitoring program. According to a large number of bridges accident, we found that, the mainly reason is the main structure of the bridge had varying degrees of deformation, whereas the conditions of the deformed structure embodied in the bridge appeared in a wide range of settlement and tilt, therefore, it is extremely important to access data timely. According to the above requirements and cost factor, the paper studies settlement of the bridge based on ultrasonic wave and tilt angle sensor detection scheme, designed a set of settlement of high-precision measurement alarm system by real-time monitoring and data transmission.Combine with these techniques, the paper selects a series of STC12C5microcontroller as the master chip, detect settlement by using40KHz ultrasonic, measure tilt angle by using MMA7361angle measurement module, on this basis, increasing the temperature compensation measurement as influence of ultrasonic distance measurement, and researching various methods of ultrasonic ranging, finally, selecting the combination of pulse counting measurements and phase comparison method of measurement to control the measurement accuracy less than millimeter.This article contains the selection of functional modules chip, schematic drawing and welding components. The software design is using C language to write on the bottom of each functional module drivers and communication protocols, PC designed by VC6.0platform achieves a graphical windowing interface to control the entire measurement system.Finally, this author build a test platform based on the available resources under laboratory conditions, basically meeting the general requirements of the design by improving various functional modules. In the range of30cm, the measurement accuracy of settlement can be controlled at less than lmm, tilt angle measurement accuracy can be controlled about±0.3°...
