At present, with the rapid development of Europeans and Americans’distributio n industry, the distribution pattern of our country is still in the traditional way. Nam ely, the transport vehicles carry the cargoes to the destination. After unloading the c argoes, they return and choose to wait for cargo near the place of delivery. This ine fficient distribution pattern brings about many problems, such as a large number of empty transport vehicles cannot transport cargoes or there are no transport vehicles f or the cargoes. Therefore, how to address the redundant empty load and long standb y time has become the focus of modern freight development.With the development of information technology, the internet-based network distr ibution mode has risen sharply, which has reduced the empty load problem to a larg e extent. However, due to the limit of distribution location, the nonintelligent allocati on of cargo, and the imperfection of logistics tracking technology, the network-based distribution mode has not been widely used.Modern electronic logistics distribution requires that the logistics platform conne cts all the nodes of the logistics links for unified optimization, so as to transport th e resources to the destinations at the fastest speed. To achieve and improve the intel ligence of distribution mode, the paper is based on the hypertext preprocessor langua ge as its technology, and MVC Architectural Approach as its design basis, while co mbining with the technologies such as GIS, GPS, intellisense, vehicle-mounted techn ology, mobile terminal development, to complete the design and development of the intelligent information platform of logistics distribution. The hierarchical matching alg orithm discussed in this paper combines with GIS information and radius searching algorithm to achieve the high efficiency and accuracy of allocation and provide a lo gistics information interactive platform with fixed and mobile Internet of Things for the owners, drivers and logistics management enterprises, all which will provide a c onvenient and efficient technology to reduce the rate of empty loads.This article through the graphical results reaction system is feasible and effectiv e, to achieve the purpose of the research.
