With the development of robot technology, industrial robots are widely applied in many areas around the world. The industrial robot industry in our country started lately, developed slowly, has a great gap compared with advanced foreign technology, foreign robot almost monopolizes the domestic market at present. Therefore, to speed up the development of high performance industrial robot to improve the level of technology in the field of robot in our country is of great significance. A pallet industrial robot developed by the engineering laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University is as the research object in this paper, this paper has carried on the system analysis and simulation study of the industrial robot.Firstly, the kinematics analysis on the industrial robot of the limit condition is carried out by D-H method; on this basis, multi-rigid-body system dynamics analysis on the industrial robot of the limit condition is carried out by using ADAMS software, industrial robot is analyzed in the coupled dynamics Combined with ANSYS software; Modal analysis was carried out on the industrial robot under a state of different position by COSMOSWORKS software, and the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode are calculated; the dynamics equation of vertical transmission mechanism is established, the corresponding mathematical model is established and solved by using MATLAB/SIMULINK software; The end of this article, the static analysis under a state of different position of industrial robot is carried out by using the COSMOSWORKS software, and the basic information of the stress of the flexible is got through ADAMS/Durablity modules, provideing reference for subsequent optimization design conditions.In the paper, the industrial robot system is analyzed on the structure, kinematics, dynamics, vibration and intensity. The analysis process is an excellent introduction to the modern design method of industrial robot, and has certain reference significance on the research and development and application of industrial robots.
