Along with the increasing demand of communication, smart antenna gradually attracts the public’s attention due to its the excellent flexibility. In order to saving investment, the minimum base stations are required to cover as large area as possible during the infancy of mobile communication, which adds to the propagation path between the base station and transceiver,resulting relatively large path loss. Two methods are proposed to ensure the higher than the threshold value: one is to increase transmit power of the base station and the other is to increase received power of mobile station. The feasible choice is the former considering the power constraints of mobile facilities.Multiple antenna array scheme is generally used in.Contracting community scope, lowering Frequency Reuse and enhancing the spectral efficiency are employed to expand the system capacity and support multi-users in the late or advanced stage.The antenna main lobe aimed at the useful signal, the zero of the antenna zero in on the interference signal, which can restrain the interference more effectively, a greater proportion of lower frequency reuse factor, supporting for multiple users at the same time.A new design of Double door electric adjustable antenna is presented based on the more sectors of Smart antenna theory. The Operating frequency is1710-1880MHz, the original65°antenna sector is divided into two sectors,Single horizontal beam width is about33°. the number of Gain is more than18dBi°Vertical beam width is about9°。Additionally, it is0-10°electronically adjustable in vertical plane. Problems in the antenna assemblage are reviewed and possible solutions are suggested. Besides, original program to improve performance index is put forward after testing the performance of products. On the ground of butler matrix, a suspended belt line structure of coupling feed network is devised to reduce the volume of phase shifter and enhance Protected VLAN. Related theoretical data are presented. There is no product testing data as a result of time limitation. This antenna has been proved to be of high performance and reasonable structure and relevant data has been documented.
