With the development of Web Service, the number of enterprise and organizationthat use Web services has a dramatic increase. Different enterprises and organizationsoften use domain ontology knowledge of their own to describe Web services, leadingto the problem of heterogeneous ontology in the semantic-based Web servicediscovery process. Although the ontology mapping is an effective way to solve theproblem of interoperability between heterogeneous ontologies which has beenrecognized by researchers, and some mapping systems have been in use, but thecalculation of concept similarity is too one-sided, ontology mapping needs furtherresearch; On the other hand, among the existing Web service discovery methods, nonehas considered the dependency relationship between the service’s outputs and inputs, make that a lot of services that meet the users’ requirements have been filtered out. Inview of the above problems, this paper proposes a method to discover Web service ina multi-ontology environment, the method propose a new concept similaritycalculation method to improve the existing ontology mapping model; Throughextending the Web service description language, adding the dependence relationshipbetween the service’s input and output. In this paper, firstly, we study the Web service ontology description languageOWL-S, proposed a Web service extension method. This method is an extension ofOWL-S, adds the dependency relationship between output and input of services.Through this dependence, for a given output, we can obtain the input that the outputdepends on.Then, we study the ontology mapping model, based on the problem that thecalculation of the concept similarity is too one-sided, we present a new method tocalculate the similarity between heterogeneous ontologies. This method takes intoaccount the concept name, concept attribute, context, neighbor nodes and nodes thathave the same meaning, improve the comprehensive and accuracy of conceptsimilarity calculation. In order to verify the validity of the above method, this paper designed asimulation experiment and analyzed the experimental results. Finally, we summarizethe contents of the thesis, combined with the shortcomings of this method, pointed out the place where still need research and improve.
