At present, it is single that Students’ homework correctingmethod in higher vocational colleges. The exam is still dominatedby pen and paper test. This evaluation will not be able to meet theneeds of the current teaching reform. In order to solve theseproblems in the traditional examination, in this paper, on the base oflearning evaluation related theory, according to theteaching requirements of SHANXI Management vocational collegecomputer basic knowledge, building the appraisal model of learningand proposing the higher vocational colleges teaching evaluationsystem framework. The system is mainly composed of systemmanagement, paper management, examination management,examination paper evaluation management, performancemanagement and evaluation, etc.This paper introduces in detail the evaluation concept of designand development of Students’ learning evaluation system anddevelopment and realization process of the system. In addition, thepaper also introduces the realization methods of system design andthe functional module frame. By using this system, teachers can choose targeted questions to test students, through the analysis ofstudents’ exam, comments and Suggestions of learning are presented.Through the study of the quantitative evaluation of students’ learningresults and qualitative feedback, achieve the purpose of integrationof examination and evaluation of learning process. Students can betested by the system anytime and anywhere, after testing can knowtheir test cases, and further study advice. Because of test scores andlearning advice is unknown to the public, can very good protect eachstudent’s self-esteem, for each of the students’ individualized learningprovides a good help.This system has realized the online test function, greatly improvingthe teachers’ work efficiency and reduce the test cost, can carry onthe test at any time, improve the students’ learning enthusiasm. Thissystem realizes the objective questions and subjective questionsonline marking function, reduces the marking workload, reduces thesubjective factors of manual marking, improves the degree of exam ofstandardization and normalization, realizes efficiency and fairness ofthe exam.This system has the versatility, good expansibility and security,and the advantages of easy to maintain, can basically meet the highervocational college students’ online test requirements.
