SDN(Software Defined Network) is a new kind of network architecture, with network control and forwarding separation, makes the forwarding ability can be controled by programming directly. This control ability decouples from network equipment, calls the infrastructure capacity by programming, regards network capacity as a logical separate or virtual subnet, to support multiple different demands of users or applications. SDN is becoming the focus of whole industry, more and more experts and scholars believe that it will bring about a revolutionary change for the traditional network architecture. ForCES(Forwarding and Control Separation) technology also has the characteristics of forwarding and control separation, standardizes the mutual information between Forwarding and Control Element, can be used as a way to achieve SDN. Therefore, this paper designs the SDN architecture based on ForCES model, and ForCES resource management system based on economic model in this architecture, then study the related technology deeply.Firsty, this paper introduces the research situation of ForCES and SDN technology. Secondly, introduces the SDN open source project OpenDaylight, analysis the system platform—OpenDaylight controller platform, adds ForCES module into this platform, forms the SDN architecture based on ForCES model. Thirdly, proposes ForCES resources management system based on economic model for this architecture, and designs the hierarchical structure. Fourthly, taking the economics theory as guider, discusses and studies the resource management system deeply, refer to supply and demand relations of commodity market, proposes two SLA(Service Level Agreement) pricing strategies based on auction and bargaining model, for balancing the price demands between users and resource providers. Then in order to adapt the characteristics of resource management system and pricing strategies, improve the traditional DBC(Deadline and Budget Constrained) algorithm, propose a utility optimization resource scheduling algorithm based on DBC, the simulation results verify the rationality and correctness of this algorithm.Finally, migrats the ForCES middleware code developed by our research group into the OpenDaylight controller platform, tests the process of connection between controller and FEs, the results show that extends ForCES technology from sigle network device to SDN is feasible. At the same time, further designs the internal module of ForCES resource management system, and the interaction between the modules, then implements them by coding.
