Laser Tracker is applied to the field of spatial geometric precision measurement anddynamic trajectory measurement and is needed in large scientific projects and advancedequipment manufacturing. Served as the intersection of data center, Data acquisitionsystem has an important role in providing real-time status information for laser tracker.With characteristics of multi-channel, synchronization and real-time, data acquisitionsystem of laser tracker has a relative high requirement in timing and is very complex infunction.FPGA+DSP dual-core processor is used in the design of data acquisitionsystem of laser tracker.The design has some practical value for the localization of laser tracker. The followsare the main research contents:(1)Real-time multi-channel data acquisition for laser tracker;(2)Output synchronous clock signals to each module unit, to ensure thesynchronization of the module and data acquisition system;(3)Communicate with the host computer, to provide raw data information for the lasertracker tracking measurement;(4)For the safe of system maintenance and upgrades, reserved multi-channel I/Ointerface to complete status display, switch input detection and processing functions;(5)To meet data transmission requirements of different distances and ratio, reservedmulti-channel data communication interfaces including RS232interface, LVDSinterface and RS485interface.Finally, the main part of the function is actually debugged and the experimentalresults show the design of FPGA+DSP dual-core data acquisition system is feasible.The system can be widely used in the related fields.
