| This paper introduces a type of handling Robot, and its implementation processfor Chinese Robot Competition. First, the definition of the robot, the background anddevelopment of the robot contest was given.Based on the requirements of handlingrobot competitions, The design selects STC12C5A60S2microcontroller as theembedded processor, using two DC gear motors as drive mechanism, adopts themethod of using steering gear to drive the robot motion to achieve material clip,determines the overall design scheme of the robot handling.Secondly, this paper introduces the working principle of each compositionmodule and gives relevant schematic circuit diagram, including motor drive circuit,ground gray acquisition circuit, material detection circuit, material color detectioncircuit, man-machine interactive interface circuit. Gives motion control algorithm, thegray level data acquisition filtering algorithm, and the material color judgmentalgorithm of the handling robot. Software development platform, handling robotoverall software design and path planning strategy was also discussed, etc.The design of handling robot has been used to participate in "2012China robotcontest and RoboCup open" robot handling game.combined closely with theundergraduate MCU courses, is easy to spread and popularize. |
