With the development of science and technology,the virtual tourism system has been widelyused. It combines virtual reality technology with technical means such as network to apply intourism industry, allowing users to conduct immersive tour for attractions. This paper combinesUnity3D with Web pages technology to achieve Daqing Wetland virtual reality system whichpossesses realistic visual scenes and true interactive experience.This paper comprehensively describes the implementation method of Daqing wetland tourismvirtual reality systems. By research Daqing wetland, select Daqing Longfeng Wetland as theresearch object for this paper, and make an overall planning for the system. The system consistsof three links:3D model creation, the interaction virtual scenes achievements and Web networkplatform achievement. First introduce the method of creating the wetland scenic models, anddivide into three categories: architectural models, plant models and animal models. Use imageprocessing tools for model material quality processing and correction. Create architecturalmodels and model textures chartlet by using3DSMax to achieve the plant, animal modelscreation and modeling materials quality and design animated animal movements; secondly forthe wetland scenic human-computer interaction achievement, achieve a comprehensive outlookof wetlands through Unity3D engine, including terrain, plants, skybox, light and water surfacecreation. Realize rainy weather effects and fountain effects through particle systems. Useprocedures to achieve the human-computer interaction of red-crowned crane and birds and thefixed roaming algorithm realization and optimization; finally achieve virtual network interactiveplatform by combining Unity3D and Web3D technology; achieve interactive functions accordingto web page foreground and background communication theory, including attractions fastswitching, roaming mode selection and navigation map implementation.Daqing wetland tourism virtual reality system studied in this paper allows users to observe andfeel the immersive dynamic changes in the system. By means of virtual tourism can providesome cannot reach attractions tourists convenient way, also make more people see the wetlandlandscape by means of virtual tourism features, at the same time promote the development ofDaqing tourism industry.
