Preparation of semiconductor devices using organic materials having many advantages, cost inexpensive、low processing temperaturc、 the processing can be prepared in a large area、integrated on a flexible substrate, Etc. This device is widely used in organic thin film transistors, organic light emitting diodes, organic photovoltaic cells and other devices. Organic bipolar transistor has now become a hot research, its organic integrated circuits and flexible flat panel displays have a broad development prospects.We carried out on bipolar transistors based on organic heterojunction VOPc/C60fabrication and research. In this thesis, using a vacuum deposition technology to produce organic thin film bipolar transistor, research VOPc thickness and substrate temperature impact on the characteristics of the organic thin film transistor. We transistor characterization and analysis of test data, get in changes in device performance under different conditions.We have successfully produced the better the performance of the device bipolar transistors based on organic hetero junction VOPc/C60. The influence of the thickness of the first thin film layer and the substrate temperature on the performance of bipolar devices, by optimizing the experimental conditions to obtain the carrier balance bipolar devices.
