Design And Implementation Of Nondestructive Data Management Testing System

Nondestructive testing data management is widely used in the internal quality testing of force component which is applied to machinery, petroleum, coal, chemical industry, etc. It is the necessary testing procedure that ensures the safe operation of equipment, and accurate detection of the component quality is very important. Nondestructive testing process involves some proceeding such as filling the testing data of the various orders and technology cards, the generation of test reports, workload statistics, data file management, etc. If we use handwork to complete these tedious works, it will lead to inefficiency and high error rate. Therefore, the establishment of a fast, efficient and accurate nondestructive testing system is necessary.This thesis introduces the development process of a nondestructive testing date management system. The system uses the B/S three layers architecture, and is developed with Microsoft Visual Studio2005development tools, SQL server2000database and C#programming language. This system includes user management, input forms, forms queries, report printing and other functions. The experiments show that the system matches the needs of users, reduces the work pressure and improves user productivity.The paper first describes the project background, system development purposes and subjects, and sets out the paper structural arrangements. Then, the paper introduces the analysis part of the system which includes the system functions and system development environment. Next is the design part that describes the overall design of the system, the detail design of the system, and the database design of the system which includes the design of the E-R diagram and database tables. Moreover, implement part introduces details of every module’s implement and key technologies. And testing part gives a detailed introduction of the system interface testing, stress testing, installation testing, and draws a test conclusion. Finally, the paper work is summarized, and outlooks the next step job.
