Research On The Modeling Algorithm About Hierarchical Trust In Mobile P2P Network

Mobile Peer-To-Peer(P2P) network,a distributed system structure,is different from traditional network working in the tradition C/S architecture without a node regarded as the management center.Every peer in P2P is independent and self-governing, and the processing power and storage capacity are limited. It is necessary to construct an effective trust model to build trust relationship between peers in peer-to-peer (P2P) network and enhance the security and reliability of P2P systems. The current trust models only focus on how the consumers evaluate a transaction, which may be abused by malicious peers to exaggerate or slander the provider deliberately.In this paper, four typical decentralized and distributed trust management schemes are investigated and analyzed. Based on the findings of this analysis, a hierarchical distributed reputation and trust management model is developed, referred to as HTTrust. First, the model of trust management to group-number is established,every peer in the group offers the direct trust information from itself and obtains informations from others,and creates the direct trust transfer links,and aggregats several links which are worthy to trust to evaluate the target peer using the weight value;Second, the model of trust management to other group is presented,mobile agent among peers stores the direct interaction information from other groups; Furthermore, this article introduce the confidence value which can record the history of peer activities or summary the honest level. To detect the peers’presence of malicious behavior, a parameter is defined,called aggregation error.A large number simulation experiments were carried out in the HTTrust and several typical existing schemes. HTTrust is thought to be more outstanding than other model on the comprehensive performance.Many problems about trust management in the mobile P2P network can be resolted in HTTrust.
